Q.) How are our products made?
A.) All products are handmade and one of a kind. All products are made with 100% Acrylic or Polyester Yarn, and/or embroidery thread. Details are wool felted and have 100% polyester stuffing. Furthermore we use a variety of cotton and denim fabrics. 
 
Q.) What is our shipping policy?

A.) All orders are fulfilled as soon as possible, generally within 2-3 days. 

Q.) What are the shipping options?

A.) We use USPS.

Q.) What is our return and exchange policy?

A.) As we are a small business and all items are handmade one of one originals, we won't be able to provide an exchange for the exact same product. Refunds however are looked at as a case by case basis. If there is a strong reason for your refund please get in touch within 7 days of recieving your item and we will consider your case.
